How to get a hold of us...

    1.  You call or email us an idea of what your needs are and what you are thinking.  We will check to see what solutions are out there already.  If you have existing software or some that you are thinking about using, let us know and we will take a look at it to get a better idea of what you want.

    2.  Then we'll call you to talk to you about what we have found, you give us feedback on it and any other ideas or needs you might have  From there we will come up with a plan for your Dedicated Solution. 

    3.  We call you back and go over our plan, and any options we might have for you.  We also provide you with a price range for your Solution.

    4.  You let us know if you are ready to go ahead with the project and which options you like. 

    5.  We will send you a Solution Proposal that describes what the completed system will do, how much it will cost, and when it will be delivered.  Generally, we will deliver your Dedicated DB to you in stages , so that you can start to actually use it as it is developed.  Changes are many times easier to make earlier than later so we don't delay your project.

    6.  The Proposal becomes a Contract when we both sign it and we will begin creating your Solution.
